This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the first to be extracted, in mid-October, from olives of a single variety: Frantoio.
The organic quality, early harvest and exclusive method of extraction, give this extra virgin oil a noteworthy phenolic content.
Of medium fruitiness, on the nose it have with a fresh green fragrance and the aroma of artichoke leaves, a bit spicy. It has a refined and captivating flavour with an aftertaste that is coherent with its olfactory notes. It strikes a chord for pleasantness to the palate because it has a harmonious taste enlivened by a decided but refined and pleasantly persistent piquancy.
Recommended to give substance to balanced dishes, giving personality without smothering their flavours. Especially indicated for poultry and grilled fish, rich salads and steamed or grilled vegetables.

To maintain the sensorial and nutritional properties of our oil at length: close the container well after each use, use bottles made of dark glass or food-safe tins and store the product below 20° C (the best range is between 12 and 18° C)
